Information relating to adjustment problems in 11 European countries (Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, and Turkey) is presented. Proposals for action, particularly measures and techniques which have been developed to facilitate adjustment, are considered.
